How did you find out about AFT?:
I grew up in the bushland suburb of Carlingford in Sydney and spent much of my childhood walking the creeks and tracks of the local bush reserve often looking for turtles. We usually found them when we weren't actually looking. I had some Eastern Long Necks in a pond as a child but lost interest in my teen years. However, my lifelong love of turtles never left me and I have always wanted to keep them again although have not been in the position until now. This website has fed my passion for the last few years. I am currently engaged and my partner and I have two ten year old Miniature Schnauzers dogs. We both work at Macquarie University Library which has a great collection of turtle books.

Motorcycles, guitars, music, steam trains, snakes, bush walking.
